Chad Boat and Corey Tucker Team Up for 2016 USAC National Midget Series

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (March 19, 2016) – Chad Boat and Corey Tucker are teaming up in 2016 to form Tucker-Boat Motorsports, a team that will run full-time in the USAC National Midget Series. Boat will run all 23 races in the No. 84.

Boat, the 2009 USAC National Midget Rookie-of-the-Year, makes his return to full-time USAC racing after competing in the NASCAR XFINTIY and Camping World Truck Series part-time in 2013 and 2014. A long-time supporter of the sport, Tucker has won numerous races as co-owner, including a national championship with driver Bryan Clauson.

The team will run a Spike Chassis and Esslinger engine for the opening round this week at the Shamrock Classic, an indoor event held in Duquoin, Illinois to kick off the 2016 year. The No. 84 will have support from Pristine Auction, a premier consignment based auction house, as well as Billy Boat Exhaust, Lawson Rock & Oil, K&C Drywall, CorvetteParts.net, Kenny’s Components, Spike Chassis, Super Shocks and Hoosier.

The race will be streamed live on thecushion.com on Saturday, March 19 at 7 p.m. ET.
